Returns & Exchange

At Shoreline, we aim to ensure every order arrives accurately and in excellent condition.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order in cases involving:

  • Incorrect sizing sent by our team
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

If a replacement piece is available, we will arrange an exchange accordingly. In cases where the requested item is no longer available, a refund may be issued after inspection and approval.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must remain unworn and unused
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags/packaging may not qualify for return or exchange approval.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to product availability.

For all return or exchange requests, customers should contact Shoreline through Instagram or email within 7 days of delivery.
